Who does the coaching

You can coach it yourself, or hand it to one of ours.

Presence Coach is built for personal trainers who want their clients held to something between sessions. You can run the accountability coaching yourself inside the tool, or assign it to one of PT Presence's trained coaches — either way, a real person is doing three things properly, not an app pinging reminders.

Set the habits

You choose the three to five habits that matter for this client — built around what they told you and, where it helps, an anchor already in their day. You or an assigned coach can adjust them at any time.

Watch the day, not the excuses

Every sealed day lands on your dashboard as it happens. If a habit fails three days running, you know on the third day, not at the end of the month.

Say the word when it's needed

A short message when someone's slipping, a short message when someone's on standard. Whether that message comes from you or from one of PT Presence's coaches, it's written by a person who's actually looked at the week.

Doing it yourself

If you'd rather keep the accountability side yourself.

Plenty of trainers want to stay the one their client hears from. Presence Coach gives you the dashboard to do it properly — who's on standard, who's gone quiet, what to say and when — without you having to build your own spreadsheet or chase people over text.

Assigned coaches

What every PT Presence coach has to be able to do before you can assign them a client.

  1. 01

    Design habits, not wish lists

They practise turning a client's goals into three to five habits with real cues, and they're marked on what they leave out as much as what they include.

  2. 02

    Read a week honestly

They learn to spot the habit that's quietly failing, and to flag it to you on day three rather than at the end of the month.

  3. 03

    Reply like a person

Messages to your clients are written, not templated. Warm, specific, short, and never shaming a missed day.

  4. 04

    Know where their job ends

They rehearse the handover: when something belongs with you as the trainer, or with a GP or a qualified professional, they say so plainly and keep coaching alongside it.

Matching

Getting the match right is our job, not yours.

If you assign a client to one of our coaches, you can ask for a woman or a man — whatever lets your client be honest. Someone from the Presence Coach team checks in with you periodically on how the assignment is going. If the fit isn't right we move it, with no awkwardness and nothing lost.

Training and limits

Trained in the method. Clear about the edges.

Every assigned coach is trained to run the Presence Coach method: habit design, honest logging, adjusting the plan. They are not clinicians, and they'll say so plainly if something a client is carrying belongs with you, a GP or a qualified professional. Coaching works alongside that, never instead of it.

What happens next

You decide, client by client.

Some clients you'll want to coach yourself. Others you'll hand to one of ours. You can set it either way when you add them, and change it later if it's not working.

How invitations work

Presence Coach is invitation only.
