Question 1

What does my client actually see?

Accepted Answer

A private daily page, no app to download. They mark the three to five habits you've set them, add a note if they want, and seal the day. That's it — nothing to configure, nothing to log in to beyond the link you give them.

Question 2

Who sets the habits — me or Presence Coach?

Accepted Answer

You do, or the coach you assign does. A client can't add or remove their own habits. That's deliberate: the habit they'd add at midnight is rarely the one that helps, and the one they'd delete is usually the one that's working. Ask for a change and it goes through you or their coach, not around you.

Question 3

Do I have to do the accountability coaching myself?

Accepted Answer

No. You can run it yourself inside the tool, or assign one of PT Presence's trained coaches to do the daily watching and the check-ins for you. You can mix both across your client list, and change your mind on any client later.

Question 4

What does this cost me?

Accepted Answer

You'll see your plan and pricing in your invitation before you start — there's no public price list because access is invitation only. If you assign one of PT Presence's coaches to a client, that's covered separately as part of the assignment.

Question 5

Can this run alongside the training programme I already sell, or does it replace it?

Accepted Answer

Either. Plenty of trainers run it alongside the programme they already sell, as the accountability layer between sessions. Others offer it as its own thing — a standalone service about life, goals and showing up, with no training programme attached.

Question 6

What happens if a client misses a day?

Accepted Answer

They mark it missed and seal the day like normal. Their habit streak resets; nothing is hidden or smoothed over. You see it on your dashboard. If it becomes a pattern, that's usually a sign the habit needs changing, not a verdict on the client.

Question 7

What if a client goes quiet?

Accepted Answer

You'll see who's on standard and who needs a word, at a glance. If a client stops sealing days, it shows up on your dashboard the same day, not weeks later — so you or their assigned coach can reach out while it's still a small problem.

Question 8

What if a client forgets to log for a few days?

Accepted Answer

They can fill in today and yesterday. Older days lock so the history stays honest. You or their coach can reopen a specific day if there's a genuine reason.

Question 9

Is this therapy or mental-health treatment?

Accepted Answer

No. Presence Coach is habit and accountability coaching. Coaches are trained to run the method, not to treat clinical conditions, and are trained to say plainly when something is outside what they can help with. If a client is struggling with their mental health, that belongs with a GP or a qualified professional, alongside the coaching rather than instead of it.

Question 10

Does my client need to install anything?

Accepted Answer

No. Their page is a private web link. They can add it to their home screen and it behaves like an app — no account for them to set up, no download.

Question 11

Is client data private, and who owns it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and you do. Habit logs are stored securely and seen only by you, any coach you assign, and the client. If you ever leave, ask and we'll export everything for you to keep.

Question 12

How do I get access? I can't find a sign-up button.

Accepted Answer

There isn't one, on purpose. Presence Coach stays closed: trainers apply or are invited, and PT Presence sets up the account. Nothing on this website can start an account on its own.

Question 13

How quickly will I see it change how clients behave?

Accepted Answer

Give it a few weeks. The first fortnight is usually unremarkable — that's normal, and it's why the daily seal and the check-in matter more early on than any streak does. Most trainers notice a real difference in who's showing up by around week four.

Question 14

Can I pause a client?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Their habits and streaks freeze, so they come back to where they left off rather than a wall of missed days.
