Founding cohort · invitation only

Be one of the first trainers. Help build Presence Coach.

The founding cohort is a small group of trainers, each one nominated by a partner, a coach or an existing trainer, running Presence Coach with real clients for a month — the daily pages, the dashboard, the whole thing — and telling us the honest truth. You shape what it becomes.

Invitation only · run it yourself or assign a coach · opt out any time · capped cohort.

What this is

A month-long trial run, with your clients in it.

Presence Coach gives each of your clients a private daily page — no app to download — where they mark three to five habits you've set and seal the day, while your dashboard shows you who's on standard and who needs a word. You can coach the accountability side yourself or assign one of PT Presence's trained coaches. It works, but it's new, and the only way to make it genuinely great is to have real trainers run it and tell us what's brilliant and what's broken. That's you.

What we ask of you

Three simple things.

  1. 01

Give it a real month with real clients

The change takes a few weeks to show up, so we ask you to commit properly for the month starting in September — running it with your actual clients, logging honestly, and telling us what worked.

  2. 02

Be honest, especially about what's wrong

“This bit was rubbish” helps us far more than “it was nice”. We can only fix what you tell us, so blunt is welcome.

  3. 03

Fill in one survey at the end

When your month wraps up — or if you choose to leave early — there's one short survey. It's the single most valuable thing you can give us.

And that's it. You can opt out at any time, for any reason, no hard feelings — we'd just ask for the short survey on your way out so we learn from it.

What you get

You're first, so you're treated like it.

  • A full month of real access

Full use of Presence Coach with your own clients from the day your invitation is opened, plus access to PT Presence's trained coaches if you want to assign any of them.

  • A standing invitation

Carry on after the founding month and your place holds — no reapplying, no renegotiating what you were promised.

  • A real say in the product

Founding trainers shape what we build. The things you ask for are the things we make.

  • Founding Trainer status

You were here before anyone. That doesn't change.

What you'd help us learn

Your honest experience is the whole point.

You don't need to test anything technical. Just run it with your clients, and notice how it feels.

Does the dashboard make sense?

Is it easy, clear, and something you actually want to open each day to see who's on standard?

Does the daily page work for your clients?

Is it quick for them to seal a day, and does it fit alongside the training you already give them?

Does it change anything?

Does having accountability built in move your clients more than chasing them over text ever did?

Would you keep it, or recommend it?

Is this something you'd run long term, and tell another trainer about?

How it runs

About four weeks, starting September.

  1. Now → late August

    Get invited and set up

Your partner sends your private link. You answer a short intake about your clients, and we get your account set up.

  2. Early September

    Kick-off

You set the first habits for your clients, their daily pages go live, and the month begins with the rest of the group.

  3. Weeks 1–4

    Run it for real

Daily seals, your dashboard showing who needs a word, adjustments as you go. A two-minute pulse around the halfway mark.

  4. End of the month

    The survey, and your choice

Tell us everything, then decide whether to carry on as a full member.

Questions

The honest answers.

How do I get into the founding cohort?
By nomination. A partner, a coach or an existing trainer puts your name forward, we read it, and if it's a fit your invitation arrives by email with a private link. There is no public sign-up.
Am I committed after the founding month?
No. There's no obligation to continue. If it's working, your place holds on the terms set out in your invitation. If not, you finish the month and we part as friends.
How much time does it take?
A minute or two setting up each client, a short weekly look at who's on standard, and a message when someone needs one. It's built to fit around the sessions you already run, not add to them.
Can I leave early if it isn't for me?
Any time, no hard feelings. We'd just ask you to complete the short survey on your way out, so your experience still counts for something.
What's the survey about?
Your honest experience — what worked, what didn't, how your clients responded, and what you'd change. About fifteen minutes.
Who is it for?
Invited personal trainers who want their clients held to something between sessions — whether alongside a training programme you already sell, or as a standalone accountability service.
Is client information private?
Completely. Your clients' data is yours, we never sell it, and we only ever share it with your explicit permission. See our privacy policy.

Capped cohort · invitation only

How founding trainers actually arrive.

A partner sends one trainer a private link. It opens a short intake — a few honest questions about you and your clients, saved as you type, ending with the founding commitment. There is no application form on this site, and no way to start one from here.
