Your first 90 days

Here's the honest shape of it, including the flat bit.

Most trainers expect week one to feel dramatic and week five to feel great. It's the other way round. Knowing that in advance is half the reason trainers stick with it.

  1. Days 1–3

Your account goes live, and so do your first clients

PT Presence sets up your trainer account and you send your first private links. Each client answers a short intake, you (or their assigned coach) write their first three to five habits, and their daily page goes live. No app store, no password to invent.

How it feelsA slightly odd feeling watching the first sealed days come in without you doing anything.

  2. Week 2

    The first honest miss

One of your clients marks a habit missed and seals the day anyway. Their habit streak resets, their integrity streak keeps climbing, and nobody makes them feel small about it. You or their coach adjusts the habit that was badly sized.

How it feelsThe moment you see whether the honesty actually holds. It does, because there's nothing to hide from.

  3. Weeks 3–5

    The dip

The novelty wears off for a few clients and results haven't arrived yet. This is where your weekly view earns its keep: you can see who's drifting before they drop off, and shrink a habit rather than push it.

How it feelsFlat for some clients. Normal. Not a sign your service isn't working.

  4. Weeks 6–9

Your roster settles into a rhythm

Most clients' dashboards show a shape you recognise: two habits that stop needing a decision, one retired because it's done its job, and the next added in its place. You spend your check-in time on the two or three clients who actually need a word.

How it feelsQuietly confident. You start recommending it to other trainers.

  5. Weeks 10–13

Accountability runs alongside your training, not on top of it

The habits aren't the achievement — the clients who keep them are. By now your daily glance at who's on standard takes thirty seconds, and the conversation with your clients has moved from 'did you do it' to 'what's next'.

How it feelsLike it was never in doubt. It was.

Day one has to be a day.

Trainers start the week their account goes live and their first clients get their habits.
