Invitation only
You can't sign up to Presence Coach. You apply for it.
Presence Coach is a closed platform for personal trainers, not a self-serve product. Trainers are here because they applied or a partner put their name forward — and because PT Presence has the coaching capacity to support their clients properly.
There is no sign-up on this website.
No form, no waitlist, no self-serve checkout. Access begins with an application or a private invitation from a partner — PT Presence reviews it and, if it's a fit, sets up your trainer account by hand. If you haven't applied yet, that's the first step.
How access works
Three steps, and a person at every one of them.
- 01
You apply, or someone puts your name to us
You come to us directly, or a coach, gym or existing trainer recommends you. Either way, we want to know how you train, who your clients are and how you'd use accountability coaching alongside your work.
You, or your nominator
- 02
We read it, and one of us replies
A person reads every application. If it's a fit, your invitation arrives by email with a private link to set up your trainer account. If it isn't, you'll hear that too, plainly.
The PT Presence team
- 03
Your account is set up, and you start adding clients
PT Presence creates your trainer account. You send each client a private link — no app to download — decide whether you're coaching them yourself or handing it to one of our trained coaches, and their first habits go live.
You and your first clients
Inside a trainer account
What access actually gives you.
- Your own trainer dashboard, showing every client's day at a glance
- The choice, per client, of coaching them yourself or assigning a PT Presence coach
- Three to five habits you (or their coach) set for each client — and rewrite the week they stop fitting
- A private daily page for every client, on a link nobody else can guess
- A weekly review view so you can see who's on standard and who needs a word
- One-tap WhatsApp between coach and client, inside their own waking hours
- A permanent record of every client's sealed days, exported whenever you ask
Commercial terms are agreed privately as part of your application, before your account opens. Nobody answers ten minutes of honest questions and then meets a surprise.
Why it's closed
Because coaching doesn't scale like software.
No public sign-up
There is no button on this site that creates a trainer account, and there never will be. Every trainer arrived through an application or a private invitation.
No waitlist theatre
No countdown, no fake queue, no 'three places left'. We onboard as many trainers as we can support properly and no more.
Small on purpose
Our coaching team holds a capped roster. When capacity is tight, invitations wait for real capacity rather than being sold anyway.
Private by default
Your clients' dashboards, logs and words stay between them and their coach. Nothing is published without their explicit yes.
Can I sign up?
No — and that isn't us being coy. There is deliberately nothing on this site that starts an account. You apply, or a coach, gym or existing trainer recommends you, and PT Presence takes it from there.
Who recommends trainers?
Coaches, gyms, founders' groups and a small number of organisations we work with directly. They know the standard we hold and they only put forward trainers they'd stake their own name on.
What does it cost?
Pricing is agreed privately as part of your application, before anything begins. We don't publish rates on this page and there is nothing to buy here.
How do my clients get added?
Once your account is live, you send each client a private link from your dashboard. It opens their intake and their own daily page — no app store, no password to invent. If you'd rather one of our coaches ran the accountability side, you assign it to them instead of doing it yourself.
Invitation in hand? It's already the only door.
Open the private link PT Presence sent you — it goes straight to setting up your trainer account, with no password to invent. Lost it? Ask us to resend it. And if you haven't applied yet, the honest answer is that nothing here can skip that step.
